Ascent are brilliant guys, punctual and offer a great all round service.

My only experience of Ascent was last night on the A24 just north of Horsham when one of their white vans swerved to cut me up to get in front of me, and had I not braked heavily we would have collided. In braking himself, he revealed one his brake lights was out, so I wonder, when their standards or driving and van maintenance are so poor, what their standards are like when it comes to lift maintenance? I always wonder why people who drive so dangerously, forget they are in a mobile business card. Perhaps they should brand the vans on the inside as well, so they dont forget they are an ambassador for their company.

Very irresponsible driver. Witnessed today 19/5/23 in Hove. Would absolutely not trust with anything serious or important.

Great team, they've been servicing the lift in our care home for the past 10 years and always work to a very high standard.
