Amazing variety whatever you’re looking for you are bound to find if not you’ll find a hidden gem. Such an amazing charity they support and lovely staff who are friendly and make sure everyone is happy.

They are selling used books and comics with such price tags like they are running a speculative business on ebay. This isn’t even in the central London to use it’s location as an excuse. Post-covid ebay tactics really ruined charity shops, huh.

Everything is overpriced. There was a tag of £3.49 on the purse and when I went to the counter to pay, the manager was like this is not the right price. You have to pay at least £8 because this is a Radley purse. There were used shoes which had a tag of £75.It certainly doesn't feel like a charity shop. Also, the manager is always looking at people like everyone is there to steal.I will never enter this shop again

Great little charity shop. Found some real bargains here and lots of interesting stuff. Staff are friendly and the music in the background is great, love the jazz played. A must to visit if you have not done so already.

Friendly staff and service. A convivial atmosphere and an impressive selection of donated goods. The goods include books, clothes, shoes, and knick-knacks. The profits from the PDSA Charity shop fund domestic animals needing veterinary attention and care.

Love this shop.I often donate items as being a animal lover I prefer buying and donating to charities that really touch my heart.I purchase all my birthday cards from here as they are excellent quality and value for money.

Well, this shop is an eye opener. Been supporting animal charities all my adult life but I cannot see how they justify their prices in this establishment. I walked in with a fiver to spend and walked out with it again. An absolute disgrace with the inflated prices. Won't be back to this shop unless I get a big win on the lottery.

Awful customer service, a charity shop is supposed to be exactly that not Harrods prices for donated goods and the staff standing on the stairs watching over everyone is extremely intimidating and rude I avoid this shop for them reasons

I liked this shop a lot, very popular and lots of lovely things, and bargain prices on clothes. Things were just very slow at the till, but apart from that it was a thumbs up. My second visit recently was a bit disappointing at the shop assistant did not greet me, no please/thank you just a cold interaction whilst supervised by someone stood beside her making sure she did things properly, Strange that the girl serving me had a name badge that said Lead Volunteer, she certainly didn't seem to fit that title, and also didn't fold the item I bought properly.
