Unfortunately for a Saturday night 9pm for the restaurant being almost empty wasn't the greatest welcome.Took over 5 minutes to be seatedThe waitress was lovely but didn't take my notice of us.The food was standard for Pizza Hut but we never received our sides we mentioned this to our waitress she said it will be 5 minutes" but took over 15 minutes by that time we needed to go home as the restaurant was closing.I can understand you have to get deliveries sorted but the priority should be the in house guestsNot the best experience for a Saturday night.Will come back another time."

I remember it being really good a while ago, came in at around 16:45, and we were the only ones there, so we came in and got seated, told to order food on the website, fair I understand, but after paying the website asked if we would like to tip, the only face to face employee we saw was someone who told us where to sit, and they had an issue understanding that not everyone wants to drink out of a tankered glass, took them a while to get a normal tall glass. So we ordered a split pizza thing, 4 toppings on each side, well. I asked for mushrooms, pineapple, onion and spinach on mine, wasn't told there was no more mushrooms until it arrived, another reason to get rid of this website order thing, not only that, but they didn't offer another topping or free fries just paid for a pizza that's supposed to have 8 toppings, but only got 7, music is too loud and looks empty

We were seated then told to order through an app and that no cash payments accepted. Waited nearly 40 minutes for food, the starters turned up the same time as mains, the second my son had finished his pizza the waiter came straight over whilst we were finishing our drinks and asked us how long we were going to be. My partner said we will leave once we finished our drinks, to which he kept on asking how long 5-10 minutes? He had a group of people waiting to be seated at the desk and wanted our table dispite the restaurant being near on empty! Food was over priced, non an enjoyable experience when your nagged to leave either! Absolutely will not be returning!

We went yesterday, it wasn't busy, but it still took a long time before anyone seated us, several staff walked past us in this time. We were then shown to a table by who I'm assuming was the manager as he wasn't wearing uniform, he quickly walked away as soon as we were by the table. We ordered via the app as nobody came to our table to take the order despite us waiting quite a while. We asked a waitress for glasses for the drinks we ordered so we could use the machine, which she kindly brought over, this seemed to be the only staff member that was busy doing anything and didn't look like she was annoyed at being there. The salad bar was really weak, the potatoes in the salad were mushy and the cucumber tasted like it had been washed with something chemically. The pizza that came was ok, standard pizza, but quite greasy. The mozzarella bites were pretty tasteless. Two members of staff seemed to be having a bicker about other staff members whilst clearing tables which was really unprofessional. The ice cream station was really filthy and the whole place looked like it needed a good clean tbh... Overall I was really disappointed as I actually usually love pizza hut, and whenever I've been to any pizza hut before it's been good. Bothe me and my partner didn't feel great yesterday afternoon after eating here....

Food was nice but service was shambolic. Been to other pizza huts and always had a good time, but was stressed out waiting for our food. Had to ask 4 times and had to get up each time and find someone as the staff all seemed to be hiding. We were given glasses that clearly hadn't been washed. Wouldn't go to the Crawley pizza hut again.

Absolutely horrendous. Went on 25th Feb as it was my son's birthday. Ofcourse I had not booked a table...so did many others. They were short of kitchen staff. We had to wait 20min and none of the staff attended. We were then told it will be 40min for the main order. Quality of food was horrible. Felt cheated...wish I could give black stars. They charge so much and see how the Pizza was prepared. Looked stale. I feel Pizza Hut should close this place if they cannot manage it. I will never visit again.

I went for unlimited Pizza Buffet.Food- Served warmVegetarian options- 1 pizza and 2 pastaSalads- It was like make your own salad. Different veggies, sauces, oils, seasonings, tacos, toppings were there. I went thinking there would be variety of salads but quite disappointed by seeing a Make your salad types round table.Taste- 1 veg Pizza and a white sauce pasta was superb. Red sauce pasta was below average and garlic bread was plain and Ok types.Order- The waitress allocated me a high table in the restaurant without asking whete I would like to in the vacant restaurant(weekday noon time). A code was there on each table. It had to be scanned and payment had to be made via it. After that you need to go and bring your food.Price- £ 9.99 / personMight be not so worth for a vegetarian person like me who went there for variety of salad, pizzas and pastas.

bad service I just received my food (04/10) I ordered 2 pizzas to share and they only sent me one in bad condition and with hair. I called the restaurant and what the girl told me that she can't do anything, I called Uber Eat so they can solve it for me.

We went in after quite a while and it definitely was not how we last experienced it. As soon as we went in a stale , old smell hit us and soon found out it was from the salad bar. Onions, carrot, and beetroot looked wilted and old but worst of all, fruit flies were all over the salad bar. It looked unappealing and unhygienic. I informed the staff that the flies are surrounding the bar and the response was “oh sorry about that” .The salad bar used to be the main reason for us choosing Pizza Hut over something else , however it’s just not the same anymore. We had nothing from the salad bar. Moving on the table , wall and plates , and cutlery was all dirty. All topping on the pizza were sliding off and was not properly cooked. The cherry on the top, for my child’s ice cream there was no chocolate topping or sprinkles available to use. Ice cream was more of a frozen yogurt than creamy as it had ice chunks in it. NOT COMING BACK . Pizza huts standards have gone down(at least in Crawley) if you want some quality atmospheric time do NOT recommend .

Incredibly disappointed. In the past I have recommended this Pizza Hut, but no more. My last visits have been poor. My family used to enjoy a pizza lunch here, but the food quality is now terrible. The Pizzas being served had hardly any toppings, the table was dirty as were the plates and cutlery. Other than being seated we were left to fend for ourselves. I spoke with the manager about the quality but clearly he did not care. An expensive lunch that used to be enjoyable. Never again for us.
