Never ever order on the App, this place has gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row. All orders on the McDelivery app go through Uber, and trying to get a refund through them is like trying to get blood from a stone. They both blame each other, or you don't meet Uber's criteria for a refund. They are both LIARS and THEIFS. That's your 3rd strike. Never again.

They need to take more time when putting the ingredients on the products it's either a little on the burger or a little in the box and slapped on you actually pay for the product as you see on the board I know it's fast food but have a little care it's all money spent at the end of the day

Ordered via drive through, wanted plain burger. It arrived and had everything on, wife big mac cold. Had to then go in and get them to change. Poor service as then had to wait another 10 mins . If I'd have wanted to go in I'd have done that in the first place!! No offer of an apology from anyone at all.

It's an odd McDonalds, big area but not much room downstairs. It's all upstairs.The car park is too small for the number of customers it may hold.When we visited, one of the ordering screens was not working (closest to door) but no sign, so one by one each customer would tap on it n get frustrated before going to another.

Not the worst I've ever been to, Walkden holds the crown on that score! It is always clean and spacious, having two levels. It's hit and miss depending on the staff who are working on the day. Orders are often wrong or lukewarm with kitchen staff as enthusiastic as you would expect teenagers to be. Think Kevin the teenager. Not many people lovin' it.

100% the worst McDonalds I have ever had. Actually no it was the worst food I have ever had in my life. Never experienced food like it. I collected a big tasty meal and a cookie.The chips were stone cold and stale, hardly edible. Even the burger was stale and disgusting and usually they are made fresh. To top it off they even tried to give me an out of date cookie. Luckily I seen the label before leaving and asked them to swap it. I wouldn’t even feed my dog that food it was horrendous.

Went to here for breakfast was 1 min past 11am staff said sorry mate its past 11am no can do. Had a beyond burger they was £4 something ridiculous for just a burger. Why are none eating customers paying so much ridiculous. On a plus the beyond burger was very nice, just shame on the price.

Only customer in there, staff member sneezes and did not cover face or wash hands. Food was served quick but 3 mistakes on a 2 meal order is ridiculous.Rang to complain and John (manager) was apologetic and offered me replacement when I was next in...... the replacement I had to remind them they hadn't give me the drink

My mother in law (who has mobility issues),Ordered from here. Half of it was missing.We asked if we could get the remaining food from another local McDonald's but was told no.Further to this,were told to speak to Amanda".Upon arriving back at McDonald's (Manchester road).The food was slammed on the counter and a dirty look was given.We felt rather offended at the way we have been treated and the attitudes of staff at Manchester road.This is not the first time we have been treated this way as a family by Manchester road McDonald's and they are slowly becoming notorious for treating Asian people differently.The male manager is really good we have no complaints with him.But the rest of the staff need serious customer service training.As you know a big percentage of your customers are of Asian heritage and word quickly spreads throughout the community."

Ordered and paid for online, went to collect they finally found our order about 15 mins sat in car waiting, got home and obviously it was cold. Have you ever tried to warm the fries up? They're floppy and dry. Disgusting service as well, staff weren't bothered. So nil for service, nil for being slow and non chalont and nil for very cold food.
