Just wanted to provide some honest feedback from my son’s birthday set up.I found it really unprofessional that you turned up at the venue 30min before his party was starting and did not inform me you were running late, you usually would turn up at a set up with 3 arches atleast 2 hours before as you have done previously but with my sons you’ve turned up late and didn’t feel the need to tell me it was extremely stressful for me when you didn’t turn up and then said you’d be here for 1pm and you didn’t come until just after 1:30pm with the party starting at 2pm. I understand things can get in the way but there was no communication made to notify us at all until my friend called you and chased you up which we shouldn’t have had to do.I feel the effort made to do his set up was very rushed and not the best you could have done due to the timing. The balloons were coming off without anyone being near the set up.I was really disappointed as I was really looking forward to it and trusted you to do what you’re good at it. But I felt this was not done as you may have had other priorities in the way.

We were all in love with my mums ballon’s you did for her 70th party. Incredible work and they looked stunning. Defiantly recommend and we will be hiring again in the future. Thank you for completing the look and making my mum incredibly happy x

The balloon display was stunning and Neila was very responsive in our plans with color and theme she was very accommodating,everyone complimented the quality of the display. There was no issue with set up and set down and all went very smoothly with great communication at all times. Just now need an excuse for more celebrations to use again."
