Anahata Yoga and Holistic Therapy
I arrived to Julie with pain in my low back and left hip that effected my walking and was uncomfortable when sitting. Julie treated my glute medius which immediately gave me a reduction In pain, she had also tailored me a treatment plan to gain further results, and gave me some great suggestions for home care. I was very impressed with Julie's knowledge and quality of her treatment was excellent. Thank you Julie looking forward my next treatment

I was referred to Julie following a back injury. Julie carefully explained the treatment I was to receive and was very professional in her approach. A few days after the treatment I noticed a marked improvement and was already more flexible.I had a follow up treatment a couple of weeks later and soon felt much better.The treatment was wonderfully relaxing and really hit the spot!Julie's treatment room is a beautifully calm and comfortable space and I would be happy to recommend her treatments to anyone. I'll be making another appointment soon!

I received a wonderful TMJ treatment from Julie! My face and jaw was completely released which I hadn’t realized until my first treatment with her. If you have unexplained face and jaw pain tension or grinding your teeth at night like me please go and see Julie , she is brilliant.

I have attended Julie's yoga classes for many years - her classes are very nurturing and mindful. Julie is a very experienced yoga teacher who is passionate about yoga and brings new themes to the class through her own learning and experiences. I highly recommend Julie to anyone who is looking to start their yoga journey as well as more experienced yogi's looking to deepen their yoga practice.I have also had the pleasure of one of Julie's massages at her beautiful home treatment room. A perfect self care treatment that is gently relaxing and releasing.

I have been attending Julie’s yogas classes for just over over 1 term now. After being recommended it for my back issues I also took her up on the clinical massage that she offers too.In one massage session I was able to get nearly full movement in my neck. So not only was it relaxing but it also did me some good!Julie uses mindfulness in her yoga sessions which I find helpful as I find it difficult to switch off.All in all I would thoroughly recommended Julie.

I have recently had a massage with Julie, mainly targeting my neck and shoulders and my regular migraines. I have had many massages in the past and this was definitely one of the best I've ever had. We had a long chat beforehand where I felt extremely listened and cared for.The treatment was then tailored specifically for me and I felt Julie's techniques got deeper into my problem areas than I have experienced before. I really felt quite different after the treatment and for the days after. It felt like a weight had been lifted and my body was finally releasing the tension it had been holding for so long. I will certainly be back and would highly recommend booking in with Julie.

I had a massage with Julie this week after having problems with my neck/shoulder/arms and wrist due to work and I think it was the best message I’ve ever had. I really felt like she cared about the problem areas as much as me and really put the time and effort into clearing those specific points. That together with the stretches she advised me to do on my own and I’m feeling so much clearer with much less aches and more freedom of movement. Couldn’t recommend Julie enough, thank you!

Julie is an excellent massage therapist. She undertook a thorough assessment and explained what the issue was and the treatment plan. She used a variety of techniques which really improved my neck and shoulder pain, reducing the pain. getting rid of my headaches and allowing me to return to training.

Anahata Yoga and Holistic Therapy
I attend Julie's yoga classes which are amazing but decided I needed extra targeted help with ongoing neck and shoulder pain so booked a few massage sessions as well. I'm so glad I did. My pain is almost non existent now. Julie discussed everything she was doing and made me feel so comfortable. If you're thinking of booking do it. You will not regret it.
