Avoid at all cost!I am absolutely disgusted with this companies performance. We purchased filters on the 30th September, paid for products which we still have not received. After chasing 3 times on email and speaking to them on 3 different occasions (on each occasion receiving apologies and promises they will call me back with an update and a refund for the purchased products), we have not received our money back, nor an update on what they are doing. The refund can't be done while I wait on the phone apparently and we have to wait for them to call us back (which has never happened).We are now reporting this to trading standards and our bank (fraud in other words).
