Midlands Car Seat Centre
We went to see Kia with the intention of trying a specific ERF car seat out, it turned out that another one would be more suitable and beneficial for us. Without the friendly advice and the knowledge of Kia, we wouldn't have been able to choose the best suited seat for our 4 yrs old. Customer service was spot on, everything was explained thoroughly without any pressure for sales (bonus!!). Again, at fitting of the car seat, Kia went through all the instructions carefully with us. Would highly recommend for anyone that needs advice or any car seats.

Kia spent alot of time with me today at the Midlands Car Seat Centure sorting out a new ERF car seat for my 3 year old, and making sure it fitted in my car with two other seats (on the due date of my third child!). Very knowledgeable on car seat safety, absolutely invaluable customer service. Highly recommend getting advice and practical help on car seats.

Kia is amazing at what she does, I had a vague idea of what I wanted and she helped direct what would suit our baby, vehicle, and our needs. A lovely lady with no hidden agenda, she truly cares about the families she’s working with. We wouldn’t hesitate in returning should a second baby come along.Nicely located with ample parking. A fantastic service from the very helpful Kia. Switching from ISOFIX to belted for the first time, I was keen to get a demo on how to fit our new Axkid seat. Kia was great, patient and extremely clear – a brilliant service, especially given I had already purchased the seat elsewhere.

We booked an appointment to discuss our car seat needs for rear facing our baby who is high percentiles. Kia was extremely knowledgeable and explained the benefits of rear facing for as long as possible. She showed us our options and demonstrated how to use the seat in our car. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received on ordering and the subsequent fitting of our purchase. We would definitely use them again.

Car seat safety can be one of the scariest things about being a parent. Kia at Midlands Car Seat Centre made us feel comfortable in discussing our concerns and remained non-judgemental throughout. The staff are very knowledgeable about car seat safety and ensure they satisfy all your needs before your appointment ends. Five stars are not enough!

We came to see Kia today for some car seat advice and we are so pleased she did. An excellent experience from start to finish, she was highly knowledgeable, helpful and I can't help but love what she's trying to achieve with the car seat centre and Cariad Babi. I've already recommended to a group of other mums and I'm sure there will be many more. I'm sure we'll be visiting to look at the other products soon! Thanks for helping make our baby safe Kia! Xx

Kia was really helpful via email, then in person. She was very knowledgeable, went through everything with us, didn’t force a sale (which is a massive plus), explained problems with the vehicle (buckle crunch) and found a solution. Really pleased with the service and wish I’d found them sooner! If you want car seat advice, this is definitely the place for you! Also, a lovely little shop where there were toys available for my son to play with. I didn’t experience nappy or sling advice but loads on display.

I went to get an idea about car seats for my 2 young children and I was expecting to come out overwhelmed with information because that has been my usual experience with car seats.Instead Kia was an absolute breath of fresh air. She gave me evidence based information, listened to what I needed from the car seats and then gave me different options so I could choose what matched my budget and needs. I didn't feel pushed into buying a seat and felt like I made an informed decision for the first time regarding car seats.She fitted the seats in my car to show how they fit rather than letting me buy a seat then having me hoping for the best when it comes to actually fitting it in my car.Thank you Kia, the kids love their seats and enjoyed playing in your beautiful shop.
