Absolutely useless. Will not return calls or answer phones. Terrible service but I guess they can get away with it as they pretty much have a monopoly.

3 weeks late on delivery. Won't pick up the phone. If I owned this place I would be livid if my employees didn't care about costing me 3-4k turnover providing such shocking customer service. I'm just one small customer but it all adds up and is such a simple fix.Will now have to source elsewhere and get a refund. Pathetic company and at this rate will eventually go bust

was supposed to have a gas bottle delivered today, rung them at 4pm they promised it was on the lorry. now 6.30 no phone call or gas bottle

They missed my delivery of 10x 6kg propane bottlesI rang and left messages but no one repliedI finally had to take my 10 empties to the depot and demand service!!Terrible experience! Made worse because calor has a monopoly supplying bottled gas!!

Have been trying to return a gas bottle for last couple months. Have sent emails had no response. Had a phone call and was told I could return the bottle but would not be able to get my refund because admin was not back yet due to covid ?! What a load of rubbish.
