On my first trip to this store I didn't have the most enjoyable shopping experience. Young staff weren't very helpful, but seemed fairly new and inexperienced. Really disappointed with low stocks in almost every product. Student discount wasn't advertised anywhere at all, and had to show my ID numerous times to actually get it, despite being in uniform too.However, on my second trip to collect my order, the guy that helped me was really friendly and I had no issues had at all.

Very helpful assistant from Eastern Europe, [who like me has skied the High Tatras] , small range , ergo not confusing if you have a purpose and desire to decision make without perusing for hours. Would return, if only to be part of a genuine service and conversational experience. How refreshing: well done interviewing panel!

No one in store smiles, greets you or goes out of their way to welcome or assist you further. All appear fairly young, probably their first retail job. Moral and customer service appear low. Not a massive range of footwear (what I was looking for).

Really helpful lad working at the back of the store, but there were 3 staff members standing around the till. No greeting, none of them asked if I needed help which I clearly did as I lapped the store twice looking for a 1996 nupste vest which they didn’t have in stock. Will not be returning to this store.
