At the time I was living in Essex therefore viewings , surveyors etc had to be carefully planned.On the day of exchange our buyers pulled out of the sale causing huge problems for us. Throughout the whole process Ian acted professionally and was always contactable to sort outnumerous issues that arose as a result of our 'buyers'.I would highly recommend Ian and WWP's and give them a five star review.

A really smooth house buying transaction. Right from the start, we felt in trustworthy and reliable hands. Anne Shore was perceptive, calm and very helpful. The whole team were professional, friendly, contactable and had a positive can-do attitude. Communication with West Wales Properties was exceptionally good.

We found placing our properties with West Wales Properties was a pleasure. Our contact Ian Kidd was so easy to work with. We thought we knew more about Tenby property that he did. We where wrong. We knew what Rightmove said. Ian knew what buyers on the street wanted to pay. Ian was right. He got us a very fair price and we are grateful to Ian for that. He was always polite, helpful, friendly and professional. Our property was a niche and it took time to sell, during this time every effort was made to bring along the right buyers and Ian never wavered in his optimism and was always good to talk to . West Wales Properties were successful in selling a property which had been with a local competitor estate agent for quite some time (Failed Miserably Before) I would recommend West Wales Properties who were very helpful and efficient in what they did.
