I am a lifelong runner and sustained a hamstring injury which I struggled with for twelve months and thought it was the end of my running, I went to see Daniel and worked with him the service and the result was second to non ,would definitely recommend him ,I'm now running pain free can't believe the result !

Daniel was extremely knowledgeable he was able to see where my problems were coming from and has given me exercises and a time frame, he combined sports massage and physio. I am two days into my exercises and already seeing results.

Dan’s clinic has been recommended to me by my running coach. I had an ACL reconstruction few years back and my recovery its still ongoing. However, I have developed some discomfort while and post running and with Dan’s help, advice and expertise we have managed to neutralise it which helped me to get back into my running…I can (and already had) recommend Dan’s clinic to anyone requires to sort out injury. I am glad to find him and I am sure if I struggle in the future I will know where to go. Thanks

Was having really bad headaches before my session and they put a lot of effort into sorting this out for me which was amazing. I felt instant release and booked in another session straight away!

Dan is very friendly and professional. I felt really comfortable and reassured of his ability to help me. I had 4 sessions for a problem with my hips that I’d put down to the menopause, as I’d been struggling for over a year. However Dan has totally sorted my issue out with massage and exercise at home. It’s been an amazing experience and I am feeling like my old self again. I have movement and flexibility back in my hips and no pain!

Dan has been amazing with our daughter,he is very professional, even out of hours making sure she is OK and giving us a lot of advice and support not just with her injury but with her mental health

Dan has helped me to get my tennis elbow sorted and back to full function in an amazingly quick 4 months. Through home-based exercises and scar tissue massage I'm now virtually pain-free. Dan is knowledgeable, patient and personable; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

After putting off rehab for my ankles (and as calves as later discovered) for some time, I was referred here by a PT (Adam) at the gym I attend.Dan has been patient, polite, reachable at all hours for motivation, feedback, and sometimes banter about his football team (don’t hold it against him, we all have our negative points!).As a consequence I’ve gone from barely able to hobble for a 2 minutes at a time, to running 4km within 25 minutes. Not quite 10kph as I’d have liked - but there’s still time before Christmas!He doesn’t consider our physio sessions a success unless I’ve sworn at him under my breath at least once or twice!Thanks for the assistance so far.

Excellent physio from Dan for my son after a footballing injury, very professional and knowledgeable, helped with great advise and physio sessions.Made sure Liam was looked after through progressive sessions and drills to do while at home.Highly recommend.
