Had an altercation but Erin and Sim were absolutely amazing with me. Erin stayed with me and cleaned me up. Sun reassured me. Amazing staff x

It's good. Reasonable prices for a pub in the middle of a major city and decent food.My only quibble is that if it is really busy, the bar staff don't seem to know or care about the order in which people go to the bar. I've been at the bar for 5 minutes, been ignored, and a number of people have walked up and been served in about 5 seconds.A bit poor, that.

Not too bad pub food. Some were great others not so good. Will definitely recommend the katsu chicken. Didn't have any alcohol so can't say much about the bar.

I went to Yates a couple of weeks ago - it took about 15 minutes to place an order as the price was showing as different to what was on the menu, so the manager had to come and try to sort it. The food then took over half an hour to arrive; when it did finally arrive, I had to call the member of staff back over as the food order was wrong (they’d given me the wrong burger!) so they made me a fresh one - this arrived about 40 minutes after ordering, having been in there for an hour by this point. Then after finishing my dinner a mouse ran across the floor not 4 foot away from where I had just eaten… Not much was given by way of apology either, just a “oh sorry about that!”. 100% wish I’d gone elsewhere that night.

Me and my friend loved this bar, where the atmosphere is lively especially with the leaves and lights! The service was fast and we enjoyed our 2 for 1 cocktail deal, also the toilets were clean like the rest of the area.

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN, WE WENT OUT ON SATURDAY FOR A BIRTHDAY, BUT WE MEET SOME CRAZY ALBANIANS, PLEASE BE CAREFUL ENTERING THIS PLACE. NO RESPECT OR CLASS... NEVER AGAIN

Wouldn't even give them a one if I could. Booked a table for 7. I understand 7pm will be busy but it was ridiculous. No organization at all, was told to go upstairs to tell them I was here , queued 10 minutes after telling the bar staff I was next after several push in's to be told to go back down stairs and battle the crowd. Then was told to go back up stairs!!! No one had a clue! They should not be allowed to do food booking when they have a disco on . It's ridiculous!! Never experienced anything like it.
