Was ok but more set up to show of there TV stuff as I wanted to see and know more about there net work as we are dropping all pay TV now the kids are older and you have more content on line for them

I had a problem with my broadband. They helped me sort it out by getting hold of an engineer for me. Just what I wanted. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want either, which was a bonus.

Continued to charge me after cancellation for my landline. There excuse is that they we waiting for my new provider to contact them to transfer my number across. Avoid as they will not refund this money even though I have not used there services for months.

Harrison and Reece excelled at every level. Gave us all the information we needed, and some. Very knowledgeable, curtious and friendly. A real asset to Virgin media. If anyone needs any advice or assistance with mobile, broadband or TV, go and see them.

Virgin Media Store - Wigan
Switched mobile providers (EE to Virgin) and had no Mobile Data since said switch. Went in store and the lovely girl (didnt catch a name) sorted it out for me in 2 minutes. Now I can browse to my hearts content. Also needed a new remote as the 'Guide' button stopped working on mine, she got me a new one from the stock room. Super experience!

I was approached by polite young lady called Amy whilst I was looking at the managers special offer. She invited me in, made me feel at home by making me a coffee and built me a package. I didn't feel pressured like i usually do with sales people which was a nice change. Amy recommended the best package for me. I hope the installation experience will be as good as the service i received by Amy in the shop.
