Paid for 28 double glazed units into hardwood windows...they didn't renew the seals between glass and wood (lied and said they did, but clearly the old ones reused). Now leaking at every unit. They said they would fix things. Didn't turn up. No response. They started sending abusive texts (female genitalia).
