Outstanding work, thank you Simon very much.Simon laid our limestone kitchen floor 20 years ago and we were delighted with the work he did them. Recently he has come back to renovate the flooring and restore it to its former glory after 2 decades of family use.We are absolutely thrilled with the way it now looks and are very happy to highly recommended this skilled and professional tradesman who completed our work on time and to budget.

Simon quickly responded for our request for a quote. We were not desperate to get the job done and prepared to wait a couple of weeks until he was available. However, a few days later Simon contacted us to say that he had a slot available and could fit us in straight away. He even picked up our tiles for us and had the job done in no time. Unreliable unprofessional and fails to show up and even worse doesn’t tell you when he is not going to turn up. If you are considering hiring him be prepared to waste a serious amount of time. Please note he did this 3 evenings in a row and failed to phone once. His explanation that I was rude is a total untruth.

I chased Simon twice for a quote after waiting over a week for a response and then his estimate was over DOUBLE the price of the two other professional tile contractors that I contacted.

Simon's craftsmanship is absolutely phenomenal. We are beyond grateful for all of his hard work. .After completing an excellent tiling project for us, he then went on to help us with so many other maintenance jobs we desperately needed to be sorted asap.We cannot thank him enough for saving the day in our new home. He helped install a new gate which was a very urgent job for the safety of our dog,. Simon helped with interior doors that did not shut. He cemented in a washing line base and so much more. Simon has completed a number of projects for me over the past 6 years from bathrooms, ensuites, cloakroom to utility room all to a very good standard using Fired Earth tiles of various materials including limestone, mosaic, glazed and encaustic. From floor to ceiling tiling to smaller 2 square meter jobs. His work has included replacing tiling and cutting limestone tiling around a 16th century timber framing with uneven walls. Providing adhesive and colour matching grout which he has helped me choose which would enhance the tiles used. He has also made good other trades workmanship to ensure tiles will not be disturbed by loose worktops and the like as well as making good tiling after plumber misplaced first fix pipework all without a fuss.I have recommended him to several of my friends who have all been very pleased.
