Service and customer care are almost nonexistent. It’s impossible to get a service engineer, my Mum has been without use of her fireplace for almost 12 weeks. No return calls, no one available to come out, no information, no help.Please, these products don’t last long, maybe 4 years tops until they need service and then you just won’t get service.Stay away from this company.

We had a problem with our fire that we thought just needed a part replacement. But Derek the Gazco engineer came out fitted the part but discovered problems that had arisen through the fitting, he repaired the problems spending much more time that he anticipated. Due to his hard work and dedication our fire is running on full cylinders now . In future all our services will now be done by Gazco thank you Derek , brilliant British company.

Stovax Wood Burner & Gazco FireWe have had both a Stovax Wood burner and a Gazco fire in our house. They have both been absolutely brilliant. We have wooden floors and our house can be quite cold, but with a touch of the remote the gas fire comes to life. It warms the entire house and is more economical than having the central heating on regularly. I would thoroughly recommend

Fire place is lovely when working but the customer care is an absolute joke, my fireplace was newly installed in November 2022 and the heating element stopped working in December, firstly trying to get through to someone is like pulling teeth none of the phones ans, I ended up writing an email in Jan 2023 and by Mar only because I have threatened legal assistance are customer care replying by email, it’s now May and there is still no scheduled appointment for someone to call out to look at the fire place that I paid a nice few Pound for, I would advice anyone looking to try somewhere eles as they are great to take your money but when something goes wrong your months waiting for reply’s or even ans,I’m sorry I went with this brand should have just put in a small stove or kept the open fire, would have been less hassle,Gazco I’m still waiting for my reply on a service call to repair the 1 month fire place still in warranty, sometime this year if ye don’t mind

Lots of fake positive reviews here. They don't even deign to answer your emails once they've been paid. Too bad we can't rate them below zero.Beaucoup de faux avis positifs ici. Ils ne daignent même pas répondre à vos mails une fois qu'ils ont été payés.Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas les noter en dessous de zéro.

Stunning..just jaw dropping..

I’ve had a shocking experience with an order of a gazco fire. At the time of the order they said it would be delivered mid October, then end October and now possibly end November with no fixed date. Reading through their emails il could be weeks or months now. Simply terrible customer service, my recommendation is to find another supplier if you need a gas fire.
