I have used Carter Fielding twice now in quick succession for a building survey reports. On the first property they identified a number of issues and talked through their concerns, which ultimately led me to pull out of the purchase (and save me many thousands of £s). The second survey was equally as thorough. Overall a very good experience, prompt and professional and would use again/recommend

Phoned Carter Fielding with a damp issue on 19th Oct. We had had a survey done 4 years ago and their representative said he would find it and get back to me. Phoned 4 days later and the same person was going to be away for 2 weeks! Nice of him to let me know! Apparently no notes on my file. Very unprofessional!
