Ferguson Family Eye Care

What can I say but excellent. Ferguson look after you, youare not just a £ sign to them. Really help full and give great after care, they make you feel comfortable. Have and would recommend them to everyone.

Just collected my glasses from Ferguson family eye care. I have always had problems with glasses as I have a very complex prescription and have had to have refunds from other optitians. This place is amazing with lots of lovely frames at reasonable prices, and a great service. I will never go anywhere else, Bernie and Ian are so friendly and welcoming feel like I've made new friends. They got my lenses right first time.i can't recommend them enough. Thank you.

Found Ian and Bernie after a bad experience with a franchised optician in Bloxwich high Street.May prescription is difficult and currently have an eye medical condition, but they both understood instantly what was required and explained fully what was to be done.I’ve picked up my new glasses today and the usual excellent service was provided.A really lovely couple where nothing is too much trouble. I’m very very happy with my new glasses and will not be going anywhere else for my eye care.Thank you both for the service it’s truly excellent

Met Ian and Bernie in a previous incarnation a couple of years ago and followed them to their new Practice in Bloxwich. Great service, lovely people and super professional. Above all they really do care. They have a really good range of designer and non designer frames at extremely competitive pricesWouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone - it is your eyes you are talking about...put them in the hands of experienced professionals.

What a great find !!! 5⭐Brilliant family business!I usually go to a main stream optician but in the past I have felt it's a one in, one out kind of service. Then the hard sell with the glasses.So I thought I'd make a change. I am so glad I did...Family run, friendly businesses are great because they want to deliver the best service. They exceeded my expectations and surpassed what they set out to do.I felt very safe with all the stringent Covid measures in place.The eye examination was thorough, and on point with great technical kit..I purchased some new glasses, with some great and honest advice on what glasses suited me regardless of price.They took less than a week to arrive. I am very pleased with them. They look and feel great after some tailored adjustments.I have already recommended this business and definitely would continue.Keep up the great work.!Thank you very much... very happy customer.

Had to take my young son to the opticians for the first time during Covid due to him developing a spot on his eye. Ian and Bernie made him feel completely at ease especially as everyone was wearing masks and gloves and it can feel quite intermediating for a young child. My son loved his experience and loves going back to see them both. Can't ask for anything better. Thank you Bernie and Ian !

In less then 24hrs got my eyes checked refurred to newcross been check and treatment started already thank you for the team at ferguson fast and on point, highly recommended to everyone

Brought our young child up to get eye pressure checked and to get looked behind the eye. The man we saw wonderful patient and very child friendly. The lady was also kind to our child. Will definatley return.
