I would like to thank everyone at Legacy Pets for the kindness and compassion shown to us. The service and help provided was amazing, from Josh who helped us with the start of the process to James the Vet who visited and Chris from the aftercare team who collected our boy. The whole team were so nice and understanding through this very difficult time.The package that we received after his cremation exceeded our expectations and we cannot thank the team enough for the support and help given.Our beautiful boy Hamish is finally back home where he belongs. Thank you for taking such good care of him. I would highly recommend Legacy Pets.

Absolutely lovely service from everyone at legacy pets.We suddenly lost our bunny Balou and contacted legacy pets to have her cremated, they got in contact very quickly and arranged to have her picked up. The man who came to get her was lovely and allowed me to carry her out to say my last goodbye and called me once she was safely back in their care.Have to say everyone who I spoke with were lovely and very helpful with anything we needed. we got her home safe within 48 hours.Would definitely recommend ❤️❤️❤️

My beautiful 8 year old little girl passed away on the 24/08/23 at our vets in Rochdale having been poorly for quite some time, she passed away to the other side surrounded with much love, caring and compassion. She is at last, now at peace.On the day of her passing my vet introduced me to Legacy Pets at Bury who the took over from the vets by coming to collect her and take her to the crematorium. As soon as she arrived there a lovely gentleman phoned me and asked as to what package I would like for Poppy, everything ran so smoothly and without fault.Poppy arrived home to me the following day accompanied by a lovey young professional and compassionate lady, the package was beautiful and rendered me to tears, consisting of a beautiful sleeping cat casket, three vials of her fur, a framed paw print and a lovely scented candle. I was absolutely thrilled with the package, everything was done for me and ran so smoothly.Thank you so much to all at Legacy Pets Bury, God bless you.

Wonderful and kind service can’t thank them enough and Chris and Josh and everyone were so kind and lovely! Recommended highly! Everything is done to an excellent standard! They came to our house to collect our precious Tristan and within two days brought him home to us ready to scatter his ashes with a lovely candle, framed picture of his paw prints, token ash in lovely bag and more! They made dealing with his death so much easier and we will always go to them in future as well — see attached photos as well xx legacy pets is wonderful xx

I would highly recommend legacy pets! when it was time for my baby to go I was trying to get him into the vets as he was in pain with his tumour but was told no appointment available for at least two days then I was told about this place, I phoned them and they explained everything over the phone to me, when the vet Claire came she was so nice and understanding, she made Ziggy feel at ease and myself, when the gentleman came to collect him afterwards he’s was so kind and caring and explained everything again he said my fur baby would be home within 48hrs but he was home the very next day. I can’t thank them enough!

This is still quite raw to me but I would like to express how grateful I am. On Friday 18th August I had to make the decision to put my faithful furry friend, Amber of almost 10 years to sleep, As we knew this was happening we managed to call the staff in advance to arrange when we could take her to them. The staff at Legacy Pets Cremation Services, especially Karen & Josh went above and beyond with our girl, they set up a wonderfully peaceful space in a wooden lodge for all our family to say our last goodbye, from the minute Amber arrived the staff spoke to her, carried her carefully in (with the wonderful dog Fly providing a guard of honour for her) and treated her as if she was their own. I was kept in the loop that members of staff had constantly checked in on her, sat with her for hours and held her paws until she was ready to make her final journey. Every request we made was no trouble at all for them and I can never repay them for all they have done for our family. We managed to bring our girl home on Sunday after what felt like the worst 24+ hours of my life, after hearing stories of waiting weeks for beloved pets to arrive home I’m honestly so glad that Legacy Pets and the compassionate staff exist.Thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts,Katie & Brent Pinder xx

We would just like to say a big thank you to everyone at Legacy Pets who looked after our long time family member Freddie, from the beginning when I spoke to Josh on the phone right through to having Freddie returned to us the service provided was caring and compassionate. A special thanks to Claire & Chris who came to our home and treated Freddie with the utmost care & respect, they were absolutely brilliant. We are so pleased that we chose Legacy Pets to look after Freddie at this very difficult time, we would highly recommend Legacy Pets to anyone who wants the very best for their beloved animal family member.

The most incredible service you can imagine.They were extremely warm, friendly and compassionate, they treat your babies as if they were their own! Making a heartbreaking circumstance so much easier!Nothing was too much effort, and ensured my princess was well looked after every step of the way!They really do this for all the right reasons! What a wonderfully compassionate service. From my initial call, handled sensitively by Wesley, to the vet called Hope who visited us at home, collection of my pet cat DJ, to the courtesy call by Karen to let me know DJ was now with them, to collection of DJ’s ashes a few days later, I was treated with compassion and genuine care. It gives me great comfort to know that DJ was, too. Thanks to your team. I will recommend you to all my animal-loving friends, colleagues and family.

Though the experience of losing a beloved pet is completely devastating and traumatic, Legacy are there to make sure your pet is treated with dignity and love before returning them back home quickly.Losing Loki was the worse day ever, however I was able to take Loki to the beach one last time knowing I had the latest vet appointment and that Legacy had booked me in for an out-of-hours drop off.We were given as much time as we needed with our girl until we were ready to leave, and we were reassured she would stay in her bed (which was her favourite place ever!) Right up until the moment she was cremated which is much more comforting than knowing she would be in a freezer at the vets.She was returned to us 4 days later where I was presented with a lovely hamper containing her casket, pawprints and nose prints that I requested (definitelyworth the extra cost!!), fur clippings and separate pouch of ashes for me to have jewellery made, as well as a complimentary candle, cremation certificate and a card too.It's the little touches that make the whole process so much more comforting.Thank you so so much, it means the world to me that my baby had such good care taken with her ❤️ xx
