Louise was amazing, she fitted me in while i am in Walmer on holiday and has really helped to reduce my lower back and hip pain. She gave me lots of info and, as well as providing great treatment, also helped me understand the cause and how to manage it with stretches at home. Would highly recommend. Thank you Louise!
