Very Good quality service and solutions orientated service m. Alan was very good at finding the root issue, he came on a Sunday (outside the general working week) to fix the external crack causing a leak in my ceiling from the flat above.

Alan was dispatched by our home insurance company to trace and stop a water leak. He came quickly one evening for an initial look and then returned with a colleague the following day to perform a full investigation. Having identified the leak as our hot water cylinder, they drained everything down, removed the cylinder and made everything safe to avoid further damage. Very happy with this initial response to our home emergency.
