From start to finish, I was very impressed with David. I was looking for a contractor to replace an old boiler and convert to a combi system in a tenanted property.His quote was very competitive; his attitude was friendly and professional; he explained the whole process involved for the works; he was easy to get hold of; his workmanship was of a high quality with careful attention to detail; he is fully insured; he completed the works within the stated timeframe.I would be happy to use him again and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable heating engineer.

Engineer was able to diagnose the fault but not repair due to some physical limitations. He suggested to remove some paneling (recommended his mates) so that he can come back to repair. This cost 95quid for the call-out rate. He said that he would charge 150 when he comes back to fix.Fortunately I was able to find another engineer who was able to reach the part to be repaired, call out, time, and parts all in for 140.Main issue was the engineer was not very easy to communicate with. For example cannot (or will not) answer some simply questions, and then getting quite agitated when I tried to explain previous issues and engineer visits, and when I cannot see what he was trying show me (because there was wall, and his body, in the way). I felt spoken down to and didn't really expect that as hadn't happened with any other builders or engineers in all my time in the UK. He was also a little bit careless with the property, for example tossing his keys on my marble countertop, luckily not scratched.

Highly recommended!! Asked him to come to see my broken down boiler after I finished working, same day arrived, took the part out that he found broken. Next day came back with the new part, again after I got home after work. Fitted new part, all working, got hot water and heating. Very happy!! He said, if he could come earlier the previous day, he would have fixed it the same day! Excellent service and very reasonable charges!

David was realy great. Called him and was on site within an hour to do a routine service and deal with small leak. Easy, trustworthy and honest local plumber professional. Explained whole process as well which was an insight. Very good value for money - compared to other larger outfits!

Excellent service, quick, friendly and professional. The plumber also kindly left me a tool that I needed to fix the problem were it to occur again. Highly recommended.

I booked an annual maintenance for my Vaillant boiler. David Butler was such a friendly guy, a real gent. He arrived on time, did a professional job, gave me some helpful advice about my installation, gave some free advice to my daughter about her boiler on the phone.
