The Secret Day Spa

Had a facial and left with a roaring red face, burning hot. Skin feels like sand paper. Told I could find the ingredients used on the website. Not happy

I had my first facial and back massage today. It lived up to my expectations and definitely did not disappoint. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The massage was great. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Grace was a lovely girl very friendly and welcoming and she is very good at what she does. Will be recommending this place to family and friends. Can't wait to book again.

I absolutely love my visits to the Secret Day Spa, the second you walk through the door the place smells like heaven, the team are so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere instantly relaxes you :) I have a super busy and fast paced job so coming here after work is just the best way to wind down and fully switch off. I get my nails and waxes done at the spa, my nails always look perfect - and Dara’s nail art is fabulous! And no matter who you book in with, the team somehow manage to make waxing pretty much pain free and relaxed, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails and waxes ever ✨

I'm very disappointed to be writing this review of my mother's recent nail and eyebrow appointment with Nika. She was looking forward to a warm, welcoming salon visit but unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite.From the moment my mother arrived, Nika was cold and unwelcoming. She barely greeted my mum or made any conversation during the appointment. My mother felt more like an inconvenience or just another client to rush through rather than a valued customer.As Nika worked on her nails and eyebrows, my mom did not feel respected or treated with care. Nika seemed distracted and disinterested. Nika crated an atmosphere that was cold and clinical rather than the friendly, upbeat experience a salon visit should be.By the end of the appointment, my mother was saddened by how unpleasant the experience had been. She had hoped for some cheerful chat but instead felt dismissed. Getting your nails and eyebrows done should boost your mood, not bring you down.I hesitate to recommend Nika's services based on my mom's experience. All customers deserve to feel welcomed and valued. Unfortunately, the cold, dismissive service my mother received made what should have been an enjoyable self-care treat into an upsetting experience instead. I hope the salon considers feedback like this to improve experiences for other customers.

I have been a client at Secret Day Spa for over a decade. I have used them for beauty treatments ranging from waxing and tanning to de-stress facials and full body massages. The therapists who work here are very knowledgeable about the treatments offered. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Started going here about 8 months ago for gel polishes and haven't looked back since :) pedicures are v luxurious as is the entire salon.I always see Luna for my gel polishes and she is the reason I haven't gone anywhere else :) great customer service and experience always and a total perfectionist ✨

Booked in for a full body massage and grace did everything she could to make sure I had the best experience possible. She asked loads of questions about what I like and don’t like and talked through the oils she was using on me and what they would do. The massage itself was lovely and very relaxing, she made sure that she wasn’t going to ruff and when I asked her to do less or more pressure she did exactly that. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back to her for another massage:)
