My family have been coming here for 10 years but never have I received such rubbish service. Firstly, the guy said lied about what chicken pieces he was gonna give and gave only leg pieces. Secondly he never put no greaseproof paper on so all the food fell out while I was eating it. Main owner is nice guy but unfortunately this employee was way below standards.

Bought peri peri chicken wrap meal. Gave really small portion of chips and miniature wrap. Chicken was dry. Don't waste your money. Cost £6.50! and it wouldn't even fill a kid up! So tight! For that money you can get container FULL of Doner, Chips, Salad AND 2 wings from London Spice Hut. Luton's fast food is always over priced and poor quality!

I go there several times a month. Good quality food. Service is usually very quick. Good choice of sauces. You get more chips with your meal than most chicken shops give you. There's also parking along the street.

I think this place is under new ownership or management as their delivering of customer service is very polite and very good service...unlike the previous lot who were lacking of customer service skills and their food was disgusting...I'm bloody paying and buying with my money and not getting it for free.Well done to the new peeps and all the best.

Best empire fillet burger so massive and soft unlike others where its chewy and fillet is over fried and burnt. Fried chicken here is also very nice. Kind people who work there.

This has to be the worst takeaway meal I've ever had in my life. I requested the chicken to be made well done but it was basically steamed chicken that hadn't even been anywhere near a grill. The chips were all soggy and must've been old chips sat in the dumper as I ordered for collection and arrived 15 minutes later, I always collect my food to make sure its warm and fresh and not sat around. The salad was definitely not fresh as it was soft and limp. Also had to pay extra for sauces as nothing comes with the meal but this wasn't a big deal and I paid extra for it. Good job I only placed a smallish order and didn't waste my money

We visit this place for dinner takeaway. Our experience where good with this chicken shop. We wanted order 3 and 4 pc chicken with chips but we got offered 8pc chicken deal with chips because is cheaper for us. We wait for order around 10 minutes. All our chicken was cook fresh to order. We also ordered 2 chicken wraps. Chicken wraps where lovely. Chicken inside was good. The other fried chicken on side where good to. Just the seasoning of the fried chicken was wrapped in was little bit to salty for my liking. Big portion of chips with our pc. Overall we would visit this chicken shop again. Reasonable prices for good food so far.

Food is always served fresh with a very good portion size. Never been let down and quality is Always to the max. Hungry and looking for food then uk peri peri in my opinion is the best munch for sure!

Used these guys twice. Once collection, once delivery. I never expect food to be as good on delivery compared to collection or eat in. On both occasions the food was good. The young lad behind the counter was very pleasant and friendly. The food was quick on collection and on the delivery I was told 45-60 mins but it arrived within 30 mins. Food was still hot and nothing missing or chilli sauce spilt in the bags (regular occurrence with deliveries). Will be using again and I hope they can keep the quality of food and service going.
