They installed new air flow pump system while i was away working and when I returned the heating wasn't working supervisor came out and put up to pressure said it would work in couple of hours and left,it didn't, called them Saturday noon available guy came out Sunday I told him about the pressure dropping, he said it sounds like a leak waited 20 mins, said I can't get a hold of the other plumber and left, said he'd be back on Monday, no hot water no heat in the snow conditions, it does not take 2 plumbers to find a leak, when they did come on Monday they lifted the carpet in the hall and found the leak also all the edge of the flooring was smashed like broken biscuits and had been hidden under the carpet if there was no leak I'd never have known till the carpet started tearing, they also moved wood for my shed floor that was under a tarp and didn't bother to cover it so it got soaked and are denying it and refusing to pay for the replacement, so I'd be very careful about calling out these lazy plumbers, so now I am £235 out of pocket and have to arrange a date to have my flooring in the hall replaced, well see how that goes,UPDATE,22sept 2022,well it's been 6month since I had the unfortunate instillation of the heating system hall carpet has been lifted 3 times now . osprey house or heatcare had to get carpet fitters to come out stretch my hall carpet and try and re-fit and trim it , although it is now fraid round several doors had the engineer came out to service the boiler but still no control box ,but it's only been 6 months so we'll give them time .

Our boiler needed to be serviced and brought back into operation after a lengthy period of non-operation. I cant fault the service but i was astonished that the company wanted me to pay up front before they would come out to fix the problem. We will probably use them again for our annual service from now.

This company left my family with 2 children , one of them is only 5 with no heating and warm water for 10 days in February.Afterwards, their engineer fix the heating but left me with leaking boiler with no hot water. He should be back next day but he did not appear. I tried contact to this company but what I heard it was that I have to wait. I thought leaking ,broken boiler is an emergency situation . I wont use their service any more.

Another situation where they were happy disconnecting the equipment and leaving us without heat or a gas cooker for over a month while they allegedly waited for parts. Eventually had to ask another firm to take over what should have been a routine job. Stay well away.

They left my family with no heating and water from December 2019 to January 2020 (over a month).Came out several things and couldn’t find the problem and advised that there might be a leak that I should use leak detection company to find the leak, I called a leak company who quoted £810. I decided to try another company to check the boiler and water cylinder, they advised me to change the pressure relief valve and expansion vessel (£240) and everything was back to normal.
