Thank you to all at Bury&Hilton Leek for clearing and auctioning house contents and for subsequently marketing the house. Auctioning of contents took place the following week and we were provided with a fully itemised listing of the auction prices. The estate agent kept us well informed of viewings, offers and progress of the eventual sale transaction. All queries were followed up promptly. B&H staff efficient, courteous and supportive throughout.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOUR A LANDLORDI made two enquiries with this company for a commercial property to rent, they never bothered to get back to my emails or return my phone calls. Very unprofessional. The properties are still up for rent, I’m sure the owner of them properties would like to know they could be rented out by now if this company had got back to me.

Bury and hiltons staff are all Very polite and extremely helpful. We purchased a house through them and we had issues with our own solicitors (don't get me started) and bury and hilton kept both myself and my partner updated as well as the vendors solicitors which was above and beyond their own job. I can't recommend them enough as if it wasn't for them I'm sure we would of lost out on the house, due to our useless solicitor.
