Gosh - absolutely cannot fault the team at Simpson and West at all. I had initially used another estate agent and after 13 weeks on the market - not one offer. On my first visit to Simpson and West, the team could not have been more helpful. The house was very quickly on the market and sold within three weeks!Throughout the process, the manager kept me fully up to date and went above and beyond to keep everything moving.Highly recommend and will certainly be using them again.

Tom and Jordan from Simpson West Corby have been absolutely brilliant. We are from Birmingham and have been planning for some time to move closer to our family in Corby. We arranged a viewing, received an email confirmation and even a reminder on the morning. We were very impressed with the property, it was exactly what we wanted and only 2.5 mile from our family. We made an offer and asked if they could try to let us know as soon as possible so that we could avoid having to travel there for more viewings the following week.
