Bolton Road Dental Practice

Great practice, organised and clean but could do with the dentist explaining procedures more and giving a bit more time during procedures to have a break if it's a long one.

Although it might not look like much from the outside, the staff are absolutely fantastic and the dental team are amazing. I had some fillings done and didn't feel a thing. Highly recommended.

Been with this dentist for atleast 5 years, never had any issues. They've always fit me in when in emergency. Nice and quick service. Even recommended my partner to join as she's with someone else that charges an arm and leg. I've always been treated with respect in this practice.

Fantastic staff! Very welcoming and professional. I had a filling done by another dentist which had caused issues for years and I couldn't floss it. I came here and they fixed the issue. I can floss again and bite without fear! Thanks so much everyone!

Went for a check up and was told my front tooth could do with a slight filling so rebooked for that. Once filling was done it fell out a day later when I rang the reception to rebook I was spoken to very rudely, I then rebooked and the same thing happened again I just give up wasting my time for poor healthcare. Such a shame as this used to be a great little dentist

My daughter has been treated awfully here! I spent 20 minutes explaining to the receptionist before her first appointment she has additional needs and was already worried about coming to the dentist and the steps they could make it easier for her. None of this information was passed onto the dentist. I had to stop the appointment because my daughter was shaking i explained about her needs and they completely changed. Went back the following week to have 3 wobbly teeth removed the dentist lied told my daughter she would remove the teeth straight away and just needed to have a look at them. She then proceeded to try and pull out the teeth. My daughter started screaming and i had to stop the appointment. They said they would need to refer her to the hospital. Took them 3 weeks to send the referral which was rejected after 2 days and they were notified but didn’t do anything about it until i chased it up 2 months later they referred her again which was then accepted. The referral has now gone back to the dentist again which they notified me of again and theyve refused to refer her until theyve seen her again. Due the to dentist lying and scaring her she wont go back. So now my daughter is stuck needing dental treatment which she cant access because the dentist lied and her needs. The receptionist is rude and doesnt pass on vital information to either the dentist or patients . In my daughters first appointment in august the dentist said this was an on going issue they were having with the receptionist and it was the 3rd complaint they had received that day and were in the process of dealing with since the same issues are continuing now in December its looks like they’ve been unable to deal with that aswell. My daughter is stuck in pain having her speech and eating affected daily and is unable to access treatment unless she attends the surgery. Wouldn’t recommend at all more so if your child has additional needs.

I walked in to register with the dentist after a phone call. I walked in and was met with the rudest receptionist I've ever met. She said I could not sit and fill in the forms. I should take it home and bring it back. I asked her if I could sit in the car and do it. Can't describe the RACISM I dealt with 10 minutes later when I brought back my form. Disgusting

We have been using this dentist since we moved into the area, over 15 yrs. Both of our kids and us now enjoy the dentist. He is very helpful, caring and understanding of people's dentist phobias.Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been coming to Bolton Road dental practice for almost my entire life. Recently, I’ve been really impressed with the service. I’ve found the practice to be very accommodating and flexible when needed. In particular, the practice staff are friendly and make you feel at ease from the second you walk through the door (which is great if you are nervous about visiting the dentist) - they are very attentive and helpful. I also trust and value the advice I’m given by the dentists and feel as though I am always in “safe hands”.
