I must say what a great and efficient service and a very easy process paid the money paperwork nova and customs all sorted happy days have a date and time for collecting in Livorno italy and I must say was on time ! And was the exact time to deliver bike to me in England safe and sound 10/10 thank you again denis

I've used moving motorcycles twice now, so have a view on both domestic (UK) and international shipping.The domestic element is largely fine, collection and delivery were nicely managed without me having to do anything, I got delivery/pickup notifications via email (which could be improved with photos) and the actual transportation was done well.The international side of things (UK to CH) was not that great, as another Swiss resident also mentioned in these Google reviews. Communication, at best, is selective. Initially things were fine, I would get responses and things seemingly went well. Then I had absolutely zero communication for weeks where I had no idea what the progress of the shipping was or when I could expect the bike. I emailed the 'European Team' they promised to come back to me with timelines, which never arrived, I tried called numerous times and nobody ever picked up.In the end the bike randomly turned up in Basel, and it was the customs company that informed me, helped me unload the bike and get it running. They were great. Again, the actual delivery of the bike was fine, no damage, everything present, secure transport. The common failing is everything else, communication, scheduling, customer services all are lacking.Any logistics company worth their salt should be able to tell me where my thing is, when it's moving and when I can expect it. I almost felt like an annoyance to them, despite paying £1000 for this service"."

Moving Motorcycles helped me transport my Dad's motorbikes to their new home after he passed away. I was understandably anxious about this, as the bikes are of great sentimental value to me.I needn't have worried. Moving Motorcycles were excellent throughout, from the arrangements beforehand to the actual move on the day. The driver couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, and really understood the importance of the bikes to me.I would not hesitate to recommend this service to others.

Great service at really reasonable rates. I had a custom bike (which I bought off eBay) delivered from London to Edinburgh. The bike routes needed to be planned so it took longer than usual if the delivery was to be made in England - but it was worth the wait! The admin team of Kate and Abi was very professional and clear in their communications.They also delivered a 20L box along with the motorbike (of the old bike parts) at additional cost which lessened my financial burden.Graham delivered the bike to me and was bang on time for his delivery slot! He was great with the handling of the bike and super knowledgeable. Helped me get up to speed with the custom BMW classic bike and get it started for the first time. We could have spent the afternoon chatting about bikes to be honest. Overall a great service provided by Moving Motorcycles and would give them a 5 star rating.

Top marks for the service and communication received. I'd recommend them if you want your bike moved.

I asked for a bike to be collected from Norway and was given a quote of £1200 plus taxes, I agreed and was given a 6 week lead time. After completing all the paperwork and paying for the bike I was told a few weeks later they don't collect from Norway despite offering a worldwide service. I was told they would put me in touch with another company that could possibly collect which they didn't. All very disappointed despite initially looking professional.

i had a classic bike moved from sicilia to paris in less than two weeks after first contact. it arrived in perfect conditions and as planned. fast, effective and serious service !

Best company around for transportation of your beloved motorcycle. Mine was well taken care of and delivery driver Graham was very professional and a gent.
