Direct Motors J28

Bought a car from them recently. I was assured that wheels where professionally refurbished. After few days 2 wheels would leak air from the valves. Next, paint started coming off the wheels. After investigating the problem and consultation with 2 local wheel specialists I found out wheels were only spray painted at the fronts and never professionally refurbished. I've asked Direct Motors J28 to cover the cost giving them 2 quotes from my local wheel specialists and supplying them with photos and clips. They refused paying for it asking me to bring the car back to them for them to investigate at my own cost... I'm 100 miles away... Unfortunately they wouldn't accept any other way... So... be careful when dealing with them check everything properly. Very UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion

Such a relaxed family run company . The salesman wasn't pushy at all which makes a difference to most experiences we have had. The car we bought was very reasonably priced and has been a dream to drive since we have bought it. We have recommended the company to both our daughters even though it was 80 miles away. Recently bought an ST250 on a 16 plate from these guys. Very good service, especially so for Richard. Had a few small issues that were speedily resolved, and no further issues since. Car was in great condition, and great fun to drive. Can't fault them.

What a superb purchasing experience. I would highly recommend Direct Motors J28! The vehicles are of high quality and the customer experience matches the quality of the forecourt. I recently purchased an Audi A5 and I must say that the level of service rivals that of main dealers. Chris and John are attentive and engaging pre and post sale. Direct Motors really do strive to ensure satisfaction. After purchase, there was an odd noise coming from the rear end of the car, to which none of us could diagnose. The guys went above and beyond to resolve this issue and booked me in at Audi to diagnose and correct the issue. My advice to any potential customer is to read the reviews as I did prior to visiting and get ready to be pleasantly surprised.

We brought our focus st estate from direct motor in which we received great service. Had the car 2 months and developed an engine management light fault my mechanic got it sorted . I thought I might have had trouble getting reimbursed for the repair but it was effortless the guys at directmotors payed the money straight into my account. Really happy with service and makes a nice change for a company to be true to their word regards to warranties. Recently bought a Ford fiesta ST3, really happy with the car but after a few days the clutch wasn’t right, I contacted the office and the customer service was brilliant for sorting it, they got the car straight in to sort it. After a few more days I had the same problem with it, contact them again, got it in and it was sorted.I want to say thank you to everyone at direct motors j28 for everything you have done and you really have set a brilliant example on how after sales should be done in car sale.
