When I needed my engagement ring repaired, I wasn't sure where to go. I saw Merchants were recommended by someone locally so thought I'd request a quote. Communication was great throughout, they've managed to offer click and collect services, remote payment and quick turnarounds, even during a pandemic. Karim and his wife are really friendly and explained everything clearly to me. I'd definitely recommend and 100% will use them again!

I had been looking for over a year for a slimwatch ,i found a few but the watch strap was always to small and apparently no other straps were available!!! the watches themselves never quite right.Then i came across Merchants Jewellers and Karim .He was so helpful ,I saw the watch that i had been looking for, the watch strap was an issue but Karim rather than saying cant do anything came up with a couple of ideas and lo and behold i had the watch i had been looking for after some 12 months of looking.If you want someone that goes the extra mile for his customers the look no further than Karim..Since then every time i or my family have popped in its more like visiting a friend or friends as we have also met Karim,s wife.it doesnt seem it was August 2020, When i bought my 1st Bering watch, and yes i found another Bering watch.(I love the new one!!!)They are so helpful nothing is too much trouble, be it buying a Watch, Jewellery or advice on recycling jewellery you no longer wear.Keep up the excellent serviceAndy W

I cannot fault the service at Merchants. I don't buy often or high value but when I visit or buy online I am made to feel like I've been treated the same as someone who has spent thousands. An outstanding, hardworking family business. Just generally lovely people. We'll done guys :-)

After popping in one Saturday with my mum who was purchasing a ring she had seen. We happened to get talking about watches, as I was looking for a watch to commemorate the passing of my late Grandfather. I had mentioned a Brietling that I had seen.Karim, went above and beyond to track the watch I wanted. His service and knowledge was brilliant, I'd highly recommend this jewellers.
