Aberdein Considine acted for us in buying and selling and the whole process could not have gone any smoother. We had an offer within 2 days of our house going on the market and within a week we had confirmed a sale and the purchase of our new home. We moved 3 weeks later and all aspects of the transaction were completed by close of business on the day we moved. All of the office staff and our solicitor Gary Ross at their Inverurie office were great to deal with, attentive and efficient, keeping us fully informed at every stage of the process. It’s 25 years since we moved house and a lot has changed in house buying & selling in that time and the whole team explained the process in a clear and concise manner. Highly recommended their service.

Excellent - very professional, always kept me informed, and very friendly.Only criticism is that I was never sure with whom I was dealing with about what, as so many names appeared. It could be that they are all multiskilled.But overall I am a very satisfied customer.

Excellent service from Aberdein Considine Inverurie. The quality of the marketing of our property was superb and they did everything possible to promote our property. Regular updates regarding viewings and especially useful were the viewers thoughts. Once we’d sold and in the process of buying we were kept well informed as to the progress of both. Whenever we visited the offices in Inverurie all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend A&C.

Stay as far as you possibly can. You will never feel like home. I was renting house from them 6 years and every 3-4 months it was inspection with planty pictures. One time guy made about 50 to 60 pictures of our home. When i phoned with complain I've been told that they must care about their customers(landlords). Second thing is deposit. You will never get that back in full. They hire some company from aberdeen to check your property after you moved out. It can be few days or two weeks and they make pictures with zoom ×10 of everything including dust on light switch( of coure it will be dust on light switch after few days no matter how good you dust them down). After that they charge you £60 per hour for cleaning( i don't know any person with rate like that). When i call with complain I've been told that company they hire is impartial( how that can be when THEY hire them:))). Really not worth it. Glad i will never have to deal with them again.

Moira and her team have always answered calls and seen to any concerns I may have had promptly and professionally . 2020 has been a challenging year with covid but they put a viewing criteria in place which was excellent and I have been very pleased with their service throughout the sale of my property

After sales is absolutely shocking had so many issues left by previous owners and solicitors aren't willing to do anything about it.

Rented a bungalow at Kirkton Park, Daviot, Aberdeenshire. The duration of our occupancy was straightforward and uneventful. However, when the period of our tenancy ended and it came to the matter of returning our security deposit - it was not forthcoming from Aberdein Considine. Staff at Inverurie office CLAIMED it was retained to pay for cleaning carpets and repairing a wall that had tiny holes in the surface. The carpets were cleaner when we left the property than when we took occupancy. The wall with the holes was the same wall that we pointed out had dart holes in it (around a discoloured circle where obviously a dartboard had once hung), at the viewing before we agreed the tenancy! We never saw a penny of our £800. Utterly reprehensible!

Everything worked well as you would expect of such a reputable company until the last bit where I'm still awaiting 7 days later for the balance to get into my account sorry but with electronic transfers available this should be instant can't fault the ladies in the office though all very professional and helpful.
