Terrible service, would not buy another car from here. Had problems with the car from the beginning, paid for warrenty as well but they wouldnt give me any derails for the warrenty even though i asked about 3 times! Kept saying they would get the problem sorted but just kept ignoring my calls and messages instead. Got the problem sorted myself, now will be taking them to court. Terrible service!

I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Town and County this week and could not have been happier with the service I received. From start to finish; from my initial enquiry, Toby was so responsive on whatsapp, and when we went to view the car, there was no pushy salesmanship, but they happily answered all of our questions. They clearly are a wonderfully run family business, and I was only too happy to purchase my new car from them. It was not able to be driven that day due to needing an MOT, but Toby kept me updated as soon as there was more information and I felt assured that had there been any advisories on the MOT, that they would be rectified before collection. Iain and Andrew were also so helpful and made the paperwork process really easy. Absolutely would recommend to anyone I know.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Steve specifically was able to answer all my questions on the initial car review and the test drive. Finance was arranged and agreed for me within minutes. The Car was in showroom condition when picking up today and the car drives like new. I can highly recommend Town And Country Cars, in Rainham.
