Cant contact the Pharmacy as no one ever picks up the phone. NHS 111 sent prescription but I was told it wasn't received. Meanwhile my daughter suffering. Also they have not informed NHS that they shut early which wastes everyones time going to a late night Chemist that is not open.

Never before have I been made to feel so awful by anyone. I haven't been on my game lately with my prescriptions and I was sent here by 111 to get an emergency supply. The Pharmacist was extremely patronising and condescending and after pointing out that I didn't appreciate her tone she held me to ransom by implying that if I didnt allow her to speak to me in this manner she would decline to dispense a two days supply of meds (which i paid £9 for). DISGUSTING CREATURE!

This pharmacy has coped well during the pandemic, doing the best they can while under enormous strain. My experience is that they're doing their utmost in very difficult circumstances, always polite and helpful.

You're better off going to Tesco or boots! Lloyds'staff are really rude. I turned up 30 mins after opening time and there was a note saying the pharmacist was late. I asked his assistant if she could help and she said slightly weirdly that she had no idea when he'd be in and it wasn't her problem. All I'd asked for was child piriton (which I could see on the shelf behind her) but she wouldn't sell it even though it wasn't a prescription medication). She also refused to give me the contact details to make a customer suggestion.

Shocking - avoid at all costs. Incompetent and rude staff. Due to their incompetence I was made to wait 3 weeks for an epi - pen (something needed due to severe nut allergies), when they had it all along but ‘couldn’t find’ the prescription. One woman was rude to my mum for suggesting they should have the prescription. I ended up having to get my surgery to give me to give them the bar code of the prescription for them to be able to find it. Thankfully I was able to avoid any allergy triggers over these 3 weeks, or else I could’ve had an anaphylactic response without the epi - pen there to save me.

Worst service ever recieved. I was sent here by emergency dentist as listed open on Sunday and although store is open pharmacy has a guy in a Mitie jumper stood in front of it . In asking if I could collect a prescription he aggressively and rudely replied NO not today . I ASKED where else was open and was told NO Cant help and more or less pushed away . THIS GUY SHOULD NEVER BE NEAR CUSTOMERSI appreciate there was obviously a reason why they had to close suddenly but a sign or at least some basic courtesy would have been appreciated ."

Very unhelpful staff, the pharmacist didn’t appear to have any interest in my need for medication due to a gastric illness. Whilst I appreciate he couldn’t give me a prescribed drug, he made absolutely no effort to suggest an off the shelf remedy when I was so unwell. Appalling lack of care.

Was picking up thermometer, which I had ordered and they advised me by text, email and telephone call, that it was ready. When I arrived, I showed the email with the reference number and the card, I had prepaid with. I was then asked for identification. It was a £4.95 thermometer, not the Crown Jewels!!. What a load of Numpties.

Generally very good and great opening times. One staff member was incredibly rude when I was in need of an emergency inhaler for my asthma when I had come out of hospital post covid and had ran out at home.I appreciate it’s been a tough two years but no need for it!

Since this pharmacy has been take over by lloyds it is absolutely useless. I waited over 45 minutes for a prescription due to lack of and slowness of staff. Only to find they didn't have some items in stock. Went back 3 days later and items owing still hadn't been made up. There are always very long queues and new lloyads staff are really rude. Never had these problems when it was run by Sainsbury.
