Great personal service from Nicholas. Really appreciated all the helpful advice. Great products and beautifully packaged for me. Reminder of how shopping can be so much better in person, rather than doing online. Well worth visiting.

I have visited this establishment on a few occasions and I have NEVER been disappointed. I have been served by Nick on all visits and he is SO knowledgeable with a fabulous manner. I buy Kiels products for my grandchildren as part of their birthdays and Christmas.

Staff are brilliant. Have trouble with sun creams and psoriasis. Very informative staff member gave me a trial of one. Great customer service and very pleasent.

I was in the store the other day and was served by a male assistant. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been served by him before in the Buchanan St store in Glasgow. He is a definite asset to Keils.

Amazing products and lovely staff. Went for one of their facials and was recommended a daily skin routine, and my complexion has never been better! Would absolutely recommend - products are a bit pricey but they offer samples to let you try it out and see what suits you.

Its new to Glasgow great location for shop its not my cup tea but wife likes it for gifts staff seem good and pleasent.Just quick update very busy store great window displays again in fantastic location on corner. Good gift sets great choice soaps and cosmetics, Check out gift packages since comming up to Christmas. the store is looking good the staff are friendly. pop in give try. Images was taken in Sept.
