Efficient excellent service!I contacted Gavin first thing in the morning as front door wouldn’t lock, Gavin booked my appointment in for only two hours later, very speedy work and really friendly, helpful guy. It was really helpful that I could pay using card on the spot, which is always helpful these days and he gave lots of information around warrantee for the work carried out. Highly recommended!

VERY COMPETITIVE PRICING!Great guy. Very friendly. Worked around my work schedule and traveled to my place of work during my dinner break to cut me 2 new car keys. Took about 10 minutes. The keys work perfectly.Very pleased with the service.Highly recommended.

I was given Gavin's details by the lock manufacturer we researched as being the best (Ultion) and he was very flexible in visiting to spec up. The locks arrived quickly and he very kindly visited on a Saturday to fit them. He also fixed a broken window, sawed off a root that was taking over a window sill, and even chased down and shooed away the spider that was resident in there. Gavin is also really nice and a pleasure to deal with, and his prices are very reasonable considering you can pay only a little less for locks that can be broken into within seconds by experienced burglars. I look forward to dealing with Gavin again.

Superb service and really quick, we managed to lock our keys in the boot just as we were about to go camping. Gavin sorted us out in 15mins.Two weeks later our front door wouldn’t open, knew who to call straight away. Many thanks for your efficiency and friendliness.

Had a smart lock fitted to our office. They got back to me with a speedy quote and I was genuinely impressed with the professionalism and their knowledge on the smart locks as lots of the locksmith don't want to touch them. The work was beautifully done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great service. Balcony door locks sorted and new handles for windows fitted. Very knowledgeable, efficient and extremely pleasant man. Charged half the price previously quoted on phone as not as much needed. Very honest. Highly recommended.

Quick, reliable and super friendly.Just when I thought I'd be stranded until the next day Gavin at locksmart came to the rescue. Front door lock broke, called Gavin after searching Google, lots of good reviews and can see why, arrived the same day and fixed within minutes, poor man couldn’t even finish his cuppa as it was still too hot ha! Very efficient, very friendly and would definitely recommend and use again if we have any problems.

Great service! I called Gavin on a Sunday afternoon in the aftermath of the snow. He arrived within 1/2 hr and solved the problem with minimal fuss. He even had a hoover to tidy up afterwards! Would highly recommend this service
