Roundbrand Ltd Windows and Doors

We had a porch built, purchased a composite door and a window from Roundbrand Rotherham branch. Bob was most helpful, and accommodating to our individual customer requirements, excellent customer service received. Would truly advocate dealing with this branch, as bespoke customer service, transparent, friendly and very competitive prices. Andy fitter was excellent and did a great job.THANK YOU very much for all your help and after sales support.

We ordered a new composite front door from Roundbrand Rotherham. Donna was great and helped us keep to our budget. The fitter was very professional too. Great attention to detail and even tidied up after he had finished.

Having dealt with the Rotherham branch, specifically Paul, I must say the process was a smooth one, great products, great price and polite staff who answers all my questions to the best of their ability. Would highly recommend

We got our windows and a door from roundbrand from the Rotherham showroom and was really happy with the service from start to finish the quality was excellent and really good prices. The customer service we received was second to none we dealt with joanne and donna who was very friendly and really helpful with everything ran us through all the choices and options. If we need any other windows and door we will definitely be returning to this branch.

We purchased our windows and doors from Round brand Rotherham, we dealt with Donna at the showroom where she explained everything, she was so helpful and a lovely lady, the quality of the windows and doors are superb, highly delighted, we used their recomended fitter Andy Bailey and his boys for the fitting, they have done a fantastic job, really pleased with their workmanship, and really nice polite people to deal with, and they cleaned up after themselves, would definately recommend

We had a porch built by Roundbrand and cannot fault them. From going into the showroom to see Paul and then seeing the fitter Steve everything went very well. A fantastic job done and would highly recommend.

STAY AWAYI told 3 people that we wanted a brown back door,sales over phone, manager in branch and fitter. I wasn't home when it was fitted and turned up to see a white door fitted.Fair enough I over looked the colour when I signed but when you have a previous quote which says brown and I've explained this to 3 members of staff thought I couldn't go wrong.I was also told the price for fitting was £120 due to it being a coloured door.I was still charged this.but when questioned I was wrong yet again and I wasn't told that.This company doesn't have any communction between any one.Roundbrand want to supply a door which there fitter measures but there want payment before so if there any problem you can't get your money back.The fitter asked when he picked it up why it was white,but not one person rang to question it. He just made sure he called to take payment as he knew it was wrong.They are not making any attempt to help to rectify this or come up with any solution.
