I stopped in for a piss, ended up getting utterly trashed and grew very fond of the landlady and locals after a nice unplanned sesh. Mel, I love you. You're my favourite landlady by a mile and I will definitely be back for more.A tidy pint, reasonably priced and great company. What more could you want?Thanks very much :)

Stopped in for a quick pint mid dog walk (dog friendly). Lovely pint of guiness. The kitchen has recently been reopened so decided to have a bit of lunch. Really good smashed burger and fries, arrived quickly and good value. Definitely worth giving a go!

popped in for a drink and it has the feel of an old man's pub. needs face-lift and investment, there are more appealing establishments within the vicinity

The pub looks dark and desolate, 1 beer available at £5.95 a pint that is £1 cheaper everywhere else. Not good!!!

My visit to the burnel arms was very enjoyable and the music nights are very good everyone joins in. The staff friendly and very helpful, and the cocktails jockey called jack his great he good and will try to make anyone you want he doesn't know the landlady is brilliant she makes you well and nothing out of her way to help. I enjoyed my visit there and looking forward to my next there.
