Sorry for the long review. As I am unable to give zero stars, Churches have to have 1. If I could offer you one bit of advice, it would be to look elsewhere for your Intruder and Fire Alarm needs. This company is truly shocking. Our business used them to install systems to our container buildings and also to monitor and maintain our business premises. In the time we were with them we had cause to contact their service teams on many occasions and on several occasions speak with the CEO, Charlie Haynes. Their service, financial system and internal controls are extremely poor. Their financial system uses internal codes that make it impossible to correlate against projects. We were billed for maintenance that was included in the monies paid up front for the year. Churches are so poor that our company was placed at risk and our insurance compromised. We paid for Police response on our intruder alarm on a confirmed break in. They knew this was an insurance requirement of ours. A year after the appalling service, we find out we have never had the Police response we had paid for. They provided us with the incorrect forms to complete (unknown to us) and further internal errors meant we would not find this out until August this year (2023). This compromised our insurance and left us at risk, that thankfully did not become a serious issue. Do not be fooled by their flashy looking vans and the website promises. Churches has grown, not by reputation, but on acquisition of smaller, local companies who provided excellent service and then almost overnight turn ruin everything. If you do choose to do business with them, I hope you have a better experience than we did. We have no exited our business from them and and back using a smaller local company and its a breathe of fresh air.

Tried to phone company 5 times & all I heard was a garbled message, decided to employ a company that had clear & precisely a message that was understood.

Very positive experience with Churches Fire recently. Ash Sycamore has been extremely professional and has taken the time to provide a clear explanation of remedial works carried out.We have found prices have risen quite a bit since Churches took over from our previous supplier. Site attendance fee seems to get added to every quote, when sometime jobs could be done at the same time for one fee. For a period of time there was a delay in getting servicing carried out, but I believe this was due to high volume of work and staff shortages. All seems to have been resolved now though.

Unfortunately Churches took over our account from another provider. The previous provider was excellent, Churches were dire. regularly no answer at all when trying to telephone them. Days if not weeks for responses to emails. Shame this takeover was beyond our control as our experience with Churches resulted in our disposal of their services.

This company has recently taken Over Quantum Fire.We can't even get through to anyone on the phone to resolve aproblem.Thank goodness we've found a new company to resolve our issues.

Justin & Andre have visited our facility today onboarding us as a new customer. They were absolutely fantastic, troubleshooting any existing problems, fixing these and identifying areas which required improvement. These two engineers are an asset to Churches and are hands down the most helpful, knowledgeable & polite technicians we have ever dealt with. If this level of service continues there will be no need to ever look towards any other company to manage the fire and security of our clinic. Thank you so much Justin & Andre!

Moved into a building already serviced by Churches. Easy to deal with and get services set up.This would have been a 5 star review, but one of the engineers arrived unscheduled when I wasn't in the office.Credit to our latest technician Ross Brewer who was able to cover the fire alarm panel operation and provide a fire log book, even though he was only there to service the intruder alarm.

Received great service from engineer Sean Thomson. He was very friendly and communicated well. Very efficient. Deserves more than 5 stars, absolutely brilliant.

Do not use this companyThey used to be good but not now.Don't call you back send out wrong bills.And just realised today that I've spent £38.57 in phone calls to themAs there number is premium rate.I feel completely ripped off.And still I have a faulty alarm system after three visits. Will not be using them again.This is a primary school at BN16 3SW

Churches Fire & Security took over Detect Fire & Security - the firm who installed a CCTV system at our property in 2021. For the first few months since Detect installed the system it was working perfectly, then the alerts stopped working properly so when the annual service was due, I reported this. The Churches Technician attended in March 2022 and was unable to resolve the CCTV alert issue and left, telling us that he would speak to Churches Technical team and report back. We heard nothing for a number of weeks and upon contacting Customer Service was informed the Technician was off sick. We have since been sent an invoice every few months for the CCTV service but I have refused to pay as the job is still unfinished. A lot of going back and forth has been going on and still no nearer to getting the problem resolved. Now churches are claiming that a Technician attended in March this year and the outcome is that we need to upgrade the CCTV!!! Well this is a lie as we have not had a Tech visit since March 2022. Their customer service is shocking. Be warned.
