Absolutely shocking!! Avoid at all costs. We booked well in advance and they were supposed to do an end of tenancy clean. My partner went to meet them at the property. The man was threatening and aggressive made my partner feel extremely uncomfortable then refused to clean the house and left us right in a holeVery unpleasant avoid avoid avoid

Excellent Service with phenomenal price. Extremely professional staff who ensures quality of service being delivered. I rented their services for deep cleaning a 2 bed 2 reception house. It took almost 6 hours, the staff was polite, extremely patient and also helped us maintain cleanliness with useful tips.Would highly recommend. I had a phenomenal experience working with Lido’s. I got my end of tenancy cleaning done by them. Walid was exceptional! Even though my request was urgent and on short notice, he immediately took up the contract for a reasonable charge and spent a solid 6–8 hours leaving my rented property spick and span. I’d highly recommend working with them!

Had such a great experience working with this company. I posted an ad asking for help cleaning up a house that was empty for 6 months (imagine the dust situation, not good at all). Walid got in touch within 30 mins of posting the ad and said they could do it all. All the dusting and cleaning. He also promised that they would be the most cost effective option and they were! Walid came on the day with Lilly and Haich and all three of them were brilliant. Not a spec of dust or dirt to be found in the house. They were punctual, cordial and did the job to perfection. Will definitely recommend them for their cleaning service and will also be using this again!

We have arranged for a deep cleaning services for my home on last Sunday, and we are happy with the service offered. Two of them came, they were friendly, patience and worked for more than 6 hours to do all the cleaning.I think price is also reasonable!

Lido's and his team did an excellent job of painting our entire four bedroom flat to a very high standard. Absolutely shocking, booked the service after talking through the requirements of the end of tenancy clean, they turned up and couldn’t access the property after I gave them them the key safe code so I had to drive over to let them in (checked the key safe & it was in working order but they’d been putting in the code backwards) then after they did the walk around I was accused of not being honest with him about the house size which I 100% was as we spoke in detail on the phone (a small downstairs toilet is NOT a bathroom), this conversation felt really uncomfortable and awkward for me so I said as much and said the clean really needed to happen today and they were already running an hour behind due to putting in the wrong code, the owner then said he didn’t want to do the clean because I’d ‘upset’ him??? It was really bizarre and I was shocked, I asked him to stay as the clean needed to happen today before handover yet he refused because he was too upset?! He put me in a really awful position as I couldn’t arrange cleaners so last minute so have had to handover the house without it being cleaned which will now come out of our deposit. It was such a strange situation, if anyone should have been upset it would have been me as he’d accused me of lying. Really disappointed as he had such good reviews but he’s clearly not professional and doesn’t seem to care about leaving a client in such a bad situation.
