I wanted to say a huge thank you to Connor for helping us with the prompt diagnosis, referral and treatment for our beloved pug Derek. He has been excellent with his expertise, skills, knowledge and support. Derek has been very well looked after, Connor goes above and beyond. Thank you. Can’t speak more highly of Brookend and the care they’ve given to both my dogs Archie and Daisy. Daisy recently received surgery and ongoing treatment- by the time she had her follow up appointment she didn’t want to leave! Great bunch working there, delivering loving care to our beloved pets :)

Brookend are the best vet I have been to. We have two cats and two dogs and in the last six months both our cats and one of our dogs have been poorly. They received nothing but the best care. I have anxiety and they always make me feel at peace and they are honest and open about the treatment and what to look out for. Thank you to all the team.

After 2 major operations on my little Westi I have come to the conclusion I was very lucky to find these amazing vets they have it all - great staff, friendly, very affordable prices I paid half the price that vets quoted can't recommend enough.

I can't fault this vets at all. We have two cats and one that was quite poorly. After some consultations she was diagnosed with IBD, and the service we received from Mike was amazing. He gave us options of food to try, rather than going straight down the steroid route which we really appreciated. Then recently the same cat had what looked like a bite, so we saw Mike again. He thoroughly looked after her and after some further test it was found she had a super infection which was treated with stronger antibiotics.I can't thank the vets enough, they are friendly, and very attentive and always take the time to explain everything. The receptionists are always very welcoming. I have total faith in this vets and would highly recommend.

The staff are wonderful. Always make such a fuss of my pup.Costs are reasonable. Free parking on site. Good sized waiting room with a separate area for cats.Good connections and contacts for referrals.

Lovely vet surgery, vets are very helpful and kind and explain everything as they are going along, no pressure either which I like about a vet practice, always give you time to think before making any decisions. Are very helpful and understanding and no judgement is felt. Highly recommend

I can't thank and recommend Brookend Vets enough. I had a terrible accident where I fell on my cat and she had trouble breathing. I was able to rush into Brookends and she was taken care off right away. The practice kept me up to date and called me every hour with an update until I was able to pick her up. They took care of her the next day as well and provided me with all the medication. The whole team from the nurses to both vets that had seen Bellatrix were nothing short of lovely and absolutely competent. They didn't just take care of her but also of me whilst I was being a complete mess. Bellatrix is now purring again, running around and annoying her big brother like nothing ever happened, all thanks to the amazing Brookend team.

We have been to Brookend vets for years but recently we have really appreciated their help. Our newest pup is quite a handful and anxious at the vets. We now have one to ones with Maggie one of the nurses weekly and the difference in our dogs behaviour when visiting the vets is amazing. We have gone from barking and shaking when arriving to actually being excited to visit. We still have a way to go but I’m sure we will get there. Without their help I’m not sure how we would get our dog in for any treatment. The team are brilliant!
