All Dry Damp Proofing

I have read alot about Simon via his reviews and videos as well as facebook posts. I wanted to get a damp survey done that I can trust that was efficient, so I could be sure what work if any needed doing following a housebuyer survey. Simon gave some welcome advice yesterday and was pleasant and not pushy, and very punctual giving his help when he was busy with his work and we got some decent suggestions for some remedies which are being considered so watch this space as they say, as though we didn’t arrange anything there is a possibility that will change

My experience with Simon was top quality from start to finish. He assessed the house by carefully considering the stages of its life. I've never seen a tradesman think so carefully before actually beginning the work, and that gives me all the confidence I need to trust the work will be lasting. In our case, we did not have rising or penetrating damp - rather we had cold spots created by a cold wall and other elements, such as irrelevant vents, that were creating air tunnels. With the installation of insulated plaster and low carbon ventilation, the house now feels drier, warmer, and more long-lasting. His communication is faultless, his team was really respectful, and the result is felt already... This guy really really knows his stuff! So definitely use him if you're stuck in a house with damp. There's light at the end of the tunnel!!

Simon provided an excellent service. He attended to carry out the works each day at the time he specified. He and his team took great care to protect the house with protective boards and sheeting, and the dust was minimal. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars for the work and service received.

There were several issues relating to our damp property such that we were considering selling in auction as they seemed too overwhelming and we didn’t have a full understanding. Simon completed a survey which gave us a much better picture of the range and complexity of the damp problems.He was able to provide a list of the actions needed to rectify the situation and he was confident in stating that the treatments would be successful. This gave us the belief that we could move forward. The work involving fitting fans, new vents, joists and damp treatments in several rooms has transformed the house. It feels like the property is ‘breathing’ - it is fresher and warmer and gives us with the incentive now to complete renovations which would have been impossible prior to Simon’s intervention. He gave us confidence that he had a complete understanding of the issues and how to fix things. The work was good value for money, it was completed on time, there was minimum mess, and the finished plastering is excellent.Simon ably assisted by Nixon have a professional approach that I would recommend highly if you are experiencing damp in your property.

Had a damp proof course done previously (with All Damp and was impressed) and another area off the house done since. Highly recommend All Damp - responded quickly, give accurate quote, punctual, attention to detail, clean, gave good and honest advice. When I contacted All Damp for a copy of my previous guarantee, they emailed it over the same day and asked for photos (I was selling my house and needed the paperwork) they assumed I had an issue and were keen to resolve. They emailed me a copy of the guarantee the same day after completing the new work. Flexible, reliable and highly recommended. Would definitely use again :)

Having recently had some work carried out at our property by Simon Cooper of All Dry Damp Proofing, we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone. He was both punctual and professional from his first initial quote to the completion of the job. His knowledge and expertise was amazing as he explained the options available to deal with our damp problem and helping choose the right option for us. We received an email the next day with a quote that we were happy to go with, and even when we added a couple of extensions to the work he was quick to return an update to the quote which we accepted. They gave us a start date the next week. Simon turned up on time and they worked very tidily and with very little disturbance to us. Great work from Simon sorting out the damp walls in my lounge and kitchen. Very professional, knowledgeable and hard working. The communication was spot on, arrived on time both days, did the work without any fuss and tidied up as they went along. Would definitely use them again and recommend!
