Visited the Slug for a bottomless brunch, and was very impressed! Chelsea our waitress kept the drinks coming and was happy throughout our visit! The food was great too! Would certainly recommend! Thanks Chelsea ❤️

Please don’t make out your a child friendly establishment with colouring on the back of the food menus. If that’s the best colouring crayons you have in your whole venue in half term !! They are dangerously small pieces handed to your customer and I had to leave the building to go and buy some from the shop next door.

Chelsea served us for our bottomless brunch and she was amazing. Helped us with what drinks are nice and what selection. Stood and chatted to us, and never made us wait for new drinks. Can’t thank her enough for her service.

Shocking service. Staff have very bad attitude. Asked a very simple question in a polite manner due to ordering from the app but got a very abrupt answer.From the app we couldn’t find how to adjust drink as we didn’t want ice. Told the member of staff who brought our drinks over and she huffed, rolled her eyes and walked away with our drinks.the team leader, Lauren touched her hair and then handled our food. When confronted and we asked to speak to her manager, she walked off and grunted really loud.We then had our platter apparently recooked but to us, it looked refried and reheated.The manager said she confirm with the chef that everything was cooked from scratch but it wasn’t as seen in the images. (Onion rings in the bowl were cooked from scratch) garlic bread was reheated, croquettes were refried etc.This is the 3rd time I have had an issue with this place so will never ever take my family back there.

Amazing afternoon, we had bottomless brunch, the food was very tasty and the cocktails were delicious, our server was Alex she was great, service with a smile, made us feel very welcome and very accommodating. As regular bottomless brunchers we decided to give the Slug & Lettuce a try for our Christmas night out. We were met by Chelsea who from the get go couldn’t do enough for us. One of the most welcoming & attentive servers we have ever had the pleasure of being served by. Not only was she on the ball, she did everything with a smile & made us feel so welcome and honestly made our evening! An absolute credit to the team at Solihull, we will definitely be returning.Thanks for making our Christmas night extra special Chelsea, you’re a superstar.
