Having had a number of therapies to resolve a stiff neck, tired back, achy shoulders and tensions knots that have been constant companions for decades, I stumbled across Sarah's ad in the local fish and chip shop. The Bowen Treatment was nothing like any previous treatments in that it didn't hurt and it worked!! In three weekly treatments I had adjustments I didn't know I needed and realignments that allowed me to stand up straight with my bottom tucked in and my head held high. I was able to stand upright in a stance that I have struggled with for years. Bowen Technique is a gentle science with great results. We get so used to the 5 minute GP appointment we tend to stick to one issue, but Sarah is a great listener and empowers you to discuss the fuller picture of what is really ailing you. How we hold ourselves is not just a skeletal issue but an emotional one, and I feel Sarah has the right amount of empathy and pragmatism to achieve long lasting results.

Always extremely professional, friendly, and informative. If Sarah thinks your treatment needs only 30 minutes per session - that's what she would charge you for ..... she would never slow the treatment, and charge for an hour. You are in a complete safe pair of hands. I enjoy my monthly MOT session - she keeps me and my back/body, on the straight and narrow!! I would not hesitate in recommending Sarah to others, which I have done already. I highly recommend that you make an appointment with Sarah, for ANY problem you may/may not have. Sarah is an excellent therapist and has a very friendly, professional manner. Over several years I have had reflexology and bowen therapy and seen great results for pain relief as well as relaxation. It is now part of my monthly routine and a bit of self care we all need these days. Would definitely recommend.

I went to see Sarah as I was suffering with Post Viral Fatigue, Sarah started with a holistic facial then reflexology. The next day I felt better than I had for months, my head was clearer and I felt all the congestion literally drain from me.
