Really welcoming dog friendly pub. Run by a dedicated couple who take time to chat and make you feel welcome. Comfortable and spacious and with good food and beer at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

Drove past this place a few times decided to call in for Sunday roast, didn’t book but they had a table, food served in good pace and was amazing all meat cooked perfectly and veg topped with a fantastic gravy then I finished off with a lovely apple crumble and custard. Service was also top notch

We called in for a late Sunday tea. Will no doubt have been a very busy day as the weather had been great. All areas were well cleared and ready to choose a table, with a warm greeting from the staff.Food was great, I had the buttermilk chicken burger and my other half had one of the pizzas. As a pair of absolute starvers usually, I am pleased to confirm that the portions were ample and both of us suitably stuffed.Defo will be back and hopefully to take advantage of some good weather in the beer garden.
