We stood waiting to have our order taken for good 10 minutes while staff was just literally doing nothing and ignoring us.The staff was very rude and when asked questions about food replied with sarcasm and rudeness with one word answers.Food portions are tiny, chips were very stale and cold you can see in the photo £3.50 for that portion is a joke.The gyros were cold , dry and not good.It was our first time trying Greek gyros and honestly this has not been a good experience. Will not recommend this place to anyone.When you get orders worth nearly £40 you expect some quality...The kebab shop outside offers better food

Would give no stars if I could, lived in bristol most of my life and my god half cold, half drenched in hot sauce I didn't ask for! Utter shambles. SHAME on you magic roll used to be good.

Food is not the best but you can eat it.. but they’re always messy and dirty when order a delivery. I’ve spent £37 and I’d like to have a least a better service

Taka taka used to make nice gyros, but now they are terrible and almost inedible.- Dry pita bread- Cheap gyro meat (the pork used to be nice and tasty but in recent times it’s been dry and not appetizing. (Received larger chunks of pork in my pork gyro)- Low ratio of tzatzikiPlease fix up and focus on serving quality, I just had to throw away my order of 2 pork gyros, as it was terrible.Quality meat in a gyro is very important, and when your meat is dry it ruins the whole thing.Also your meat dishes used to be deli every nicely in a plastic tray where everything is separated nicely, but now they all thrown into a small box which ruins everything. Please go back to your old ways, focus on serving quality gyros and on improving the delivery experience again.

Visited and dined twice within a week while we were in Bristol November 2022. Excellent Souvlaki gyros ,both chicken and pork tasted great. It's very rare to find a souvlaki place in the UK that maintains the same standards we have in Greece about flavour and meat quality.The people working there are welcoming and accomodating.5 stars all around.Hope to eat there again very soon.I just wish that we had a Taka Taka place where I live.

Their bread is fresh, and they use great quality chicken! The sauce could’ve been a little better but overall it was a great sandwich.

Turned up at 00:15 despite advertised opening time of 01:00 to find a staff member fully dressed in their work clothes sat in an open doorway smoking a cigarette telling me the place was closed. The place had customers sat inside eating and chatting. No explanation, just a shrug of shoulders when I asked why they were closed early.

Authentic Greek Gyros!Perfect evening snack or feast. Grill done well with plenty of choice and sauces.. I've had fries dome fresher but it was a Monday night ha.Deserts looked great but we didn't try.

Had a 30 minute Megabus interchange nearby and just strolled here and ordered the first thing I saw- the O’Piratka wrap. It was prepared in less than 5 minutes and totally worth every single bite as I rushed back to my bus. Loved it.
