always shopped at coop burry port through covid brilliant cost of living has gone up but why is the coop now become the most expensive supermarket out there extortionate prices eg 1 small tin of bachelors peas is one pound the same tin today at tesco is 39 pence this is only one item there are thousands more barring getting my daily paper from there shopping will be done elsewhere

We stayed just around the corner from the co-op and we found it well stocked, prices as expected and the staff that served us on several occasions we're a credit to the co-op group..Keep it up ladies you were great..

Same as usual nothing on the shelves, don't know why we bother as we are local born. When tiu ask if they have stock they just shrug as the shelves are never restocked just left empty, had to go all the way to llanelli tesco and at keast their shelves have food drink etc. What a waste if space manager needs a good kicking. Has been lime this for ma y years. Ha e tried the new stradey store and that is even worse and you end up queuing half an hour for just a single item cause shelves are empty.

We're caravanning near Burry Port and on August 4th we shopped here to replenish our food stocks. One of the items that we bought was a sticky toffee pudding. When we took it off the shelf we noticed that it had been stored on its side and that one side of the box was sticky. At the checkout a member of staff kindly wiped it for us and we returned to the caravan. Today, the 5th, when we came to use it we discovered that much of the sauce had flowed out of the container into the box so that it was wasted. We do hope that these puddings will be stored the right way up in the future.

Compact branch stalwartly serving its local. Community and many happy visitors to the best of its ability. I was ecstatic to see my goats milk 10p cheaper than London. Vegan options covered well in the freezers and on shelves. Staff extremely helpful and aisles don't feel cramped though l wouldn't say it's wheelchair width compliant. I noted several mobility scooter users leaving their machines to continue into store on foot. Bread choices excellent for such a small outlet.

Rude and nasty staff. Tried to buy a newspaper late in the day and was threatened with police action if we didn't leave. What is that all about? Is it really that hard to get staff with out anger management issues?
