Called George who came out within an hour to help us with a rodent problem my parents had. Very professional service and reliable for the three treatments we has bought from him. Very helpful and have not seen a rodent months later. Would not recommend anyone else.

Great team and great service, I would highly reccomend this service to anyone that needs help getting rid of pests, very professional and freindly guys. Thank you again for solving mine and families problem with pests.

***WARNING****** I WAS PHYSICALLY ATTACKED BY GEORGE***I recently used Monarch Services, and George attended my property to carry out the necessary treatments. He insisted on payment upfront for 3 treatments, so I paid without thinking anything of it. Big mistake!!!!Things took a turn for the worst when he came to carry out third/final treatment. I left him to it inside my property as I have done so for the last 2 treatments.Upon returning to my property I noticed the kitchen flooring was damaged and addressed it with George, to which he replied ‘I don’t have time for this’ and wanted to leave my property in a rush. I was standing by the door requesting if he could help with trying to sort the damage out as it was caused by him in a polite manner. Instead he chose to push me hard against the wall almost winding me, and as he exited the door, he pushed the door onto me.I had paid this man to do a service and he damaged my property, which resorted to violence. It was totally unprovoked.He rushed off towards his vehicle and sped off.I called the police immediately and have reported him. He should not be allowed to get away attacking a woman or anyone for that matter.Now I am left with getting my flooring fixed.Note: I am a small build female and this physical attack has completely shocked and shaken me. How am I to trust another man entering my property to carry out works.Its a shame I cannot give no stars. I am not sure where the 5* reviews come from, its questionable.Please for your own safety do not use this Company/ man - do not be fooled by his demeanor.Totally unprofessional and a violent man!!!UPDATE: I am in total disbelief you fail to remember you physically attacked me. Regardless of your age, that is what shocked me the most. By no means is this a false accusation. I reported you to the Police immediately after the assault. I have been issued with a Crime Ref Number and Police will be following up on this incident. What you fail to mention I did a video recording of you walking away from me after assaulting me which has been passed onto the Police too. The video is evident that I am not shouting at you, in fact you can hear the distress in my voice, I am shaking and trembling so goes against everything what you say when I have evidence. The lady who was in the passenger seat of your van can vouch for this too. She heard me say that you attacked me and when she asks you what happend you speed off in your van. Its on video.As for sending my partner (female) this was not a threat it was trying to get money back for incomplete work (as I still have issue with pest, electrician confirms sightings), you were only in my property for 10mins (the last 2 treatments it took you 25-30 mins) and to cover damages to the kitchen flooring. You were not answering my calls and I had no intention of confronting you face to face with your aggressive nature.I have a witness, a cleaner who arrived at my property a week before before your arrival who quite easily pulled the worktop counter fridge out and put back in its rightful place with ease after cleaning with no damage to the flooring. Once again I have photos of the undamaged flooring prior to your visit. By the way at no point did I tell you to cut the lino, this is news to me so I will need to now pull the fridge out to see what more damage you have done. There is no mention of cutting the lino on the Inspection Report.Please enlighten me when having carried out the first 2 treatments I was given an Inspection Report to sign off for work completed; so you say you picked up your tools and left so why do I have an unsigned Inspection Report.Your response to my review is appaulling and totally untrue one can only assume it was a hate crime. A young woman of colour on her own but like I said I do have various proof so please let the Police do their job.PS In the video I am heard saying you attacked me, then why did you not deny those allegations, instead chose to speed off in your car. I’m more concerned about the attack than the money!

Second review forgot to give 5 stars for prompt service, experienced and for putting my mind at ease.

Had a wasp problem before I got in touch with Monarch. They came the next day, sorted it out quickly and charged reasonably. Haven't had a wasp problem since. Highly recommended!
