Bought a battery for my Mazda. They bought it to the branch within a few hours which was great. However staff member was a pain and said he didn't like Japanese cars and wasn't bothered about making a sale. Needs educating.

Brilliant service with parts as described at very competitive price. Ordered Friday pm, with me Saturday - they were small enough for 1st class mail but even so they worked hard to get them out the door!

Even though I was the only customer there, no one seemed interested in helping.Turned up to find there wasn't anyone on the counter, so I pressed the bell as directed by the sign. I then waited but no one came.I pressed the bell again and waited....and waited....and waited...but still no one came.It may not be the job of the delivery drivers or warehouse staff to serve customers, but surely if they see someone waiting they can at least acknowledge them and let them know if someone is coming to help.Having waited a not insignificant amount of time, I got back in my car and went elsewhere.Certainly won't be wasting my time here again.
